PERSONAL TRAINING –   
Personal training incorporates 1 on 1 individualized training sessions that are based on your fitness goals and health assessment.

It will included a health assessment, individualized program design, and monthly evaluations to track your progress.

Our fitness experts may include one of the following functional tests during your assessment:

• SFMA
• FMS
• AMI
• LESS

RECOVERY ROOM –  
Proper recovery is essential for training and competing at your highest potential, while decreasing your risk for injury, muscle soreness, and fatigue.
Advanced Kinetics recovery room will give you the tools to recover efficiently and faster by incorporating a variety of tools to actively recover the body, and help aid in the recovery process.

FITNESS CLASSES –  
Advanced Kinetics Sports Performance now offers small group fitness classes to target areas of the body that will help you improve strength, stability, and mobility.  These fitness classes are designed to adjunct your physical therapy and improve recovery from your sport.

INJURY SCREENS –
Injury Screens are also offered using DorsaVi, Z-Flow, SFMA, and FMS technology. Physical Therapists are also on staff to assess if there are any underlying medical conditions.
