Exercise is a great way to increase health and quality of life. At AKPT, we want to bridge the gap between physical therapy and fitness by offering fitness training by a certified strength and conditioning coach. It is our goal to help people recover from injuries, achieve fitness goals, increase sport level, and live a healthy lifestyle.
PERSONAL TRAINING – 30 OR 60 MINUTE SESSIONS
Personal training incorporates 1 on 1 individualized training sessions that are based on your fitness goals and health assessment. It will included a health assessment, individualized program design, and monthly evaluations to track your progress.
Private team training provides a sport specific approach to building strength, increasing speed/agility, and preventing sport specific injuries. Training is held by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is program designed specifically for your team’s need.
